To take part in any Sound Healing event, you must fill in a ‘participation form’ below.
Attending a Sound bath affects the many layers of our being. The vibrations of sound penetrate deep into our tissues. Sound healing is highly effective in triggering our relaxation response and helps improve sleep, reduce anxiety and stress.
Sound baths are NOT suitable for those who have sound induced epilepsy, severe mental illness, recent trauma or in their 1st trimester. Please contact me to discuss.

A mini-retreat to replenish your mind & body. Using the powerful healing properties of yoga, breath work & sound.
I welcome you to participate in your own well-being of transformation and relaxation. We will start with an hour of gentle, supported yoga postures; balancing all the systems of the body. We may work with the breath, practicing simple breathing exercises to cleanse the mind. Other times we will practice humming and toning to open our energy wheels & clear our head.
After a short pause, we will then lie down and get ready to receive the healing sounds from Tibetan singing bowls,crystal singing bowls, drumming, wind-gongs, kochi chimes & more. Facilitated by Best Essential Sounds.
If you have booked for the longer session, we will ground ourselves at the end with a delicious bowl of home made soup and chatter.

I’m very excited about this new event. All my favourite activities in one evening!
5.50pm Arrive at the yurt
6pm-7pm Gentle, supported yoga held in a yurt
7pm-8pm Sound bath of Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls, Gongs, Drums & Chimes facilitated by Best Essential Sounds.
8pm-8.45pm Sit around the fire, eat a delicious bowl of soup with sourdough bread or a summer salad ( yet to be decided!). Possible walk in the high woods.
9pm Return home feeling renewed!

What to expect?
Mindfulness Meditation teaches you invaluable tools to train the mind and improve your way of being. By being able to pay attention to your inner and outer experiences moment to moment you can learn to perceive life differently.

Sandrine from Mindfulness Midhurst will provide you with invaluable tools to stay present, calm the mind & to ultimately make better choices in life. Sandrine has 30 years experience in Mindfulness Meditation and will guide you through some of the practices from the evidence based MBSR programme ( Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for the general public).
The second half of the session you may either remain seated or lie down to receive the healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal bowls, Gongs, Drum & Chimes, led by Claire from Best Essential Sounds.
Contra-indications for receiving a Sound Bath
Sound baths have many health benefits, some of which are:
Inducing a state of calm & deep relaxation
Shifting stuck energy
Releasing pain
Improving sleep

YOGA DAY

Well-being retreat
Replenish your self with a day devoted to YOU. Meet some lovely, like-minded people and make some new friends.
We start the day with a 2 hr dynamic yoga class held in a village hall or Cowdray Hall. We focus on a group of related postures and improve our knowledge of them.
Lunch is either somewhere local or I supply a light vegetarian meal.
We then go on a little walk through some beautiful woods and countryside.
On return, we lie down and enjoy just under an hour of healing sounds created by Tibetan bowls, drums, gongs & chimes.
